Carolyn Cox was raised on the family cattle ranch in Birney, Montana, and has spent her life working in the ranching, mining, and hospitality industries in Montana and Wyoming. In 2002, Carolyn graduated with honors from Western Culinary Institute – she knows a thing or two about what makes authentic western BBQ.
